Washington-born and bred hospitality entrepreneurs Eric and Ian Hilton are the innovative sibling duo behind a culinary/nightlife collective that includes more than a dozen restaurants, bars, and lounges located throughout the D.C. metro area.

The Hilton Brothers’ combination of homegrown instincts and professional intuition for the “next” on-the-rise neighborhood has yielded a portfolio of venues that are both cult favorites and critical darlings.

Calling Eric “the idea guy” and Ian “the businessman,” The Washington Post raved about the brothers' “mini empire of restaurants … with a laid-back vibe” changing the face of the city.

H2 Collective’s eclectic portfolio includes a trio of French bistros in DC & Virginia (Chez Billy Sud, Cafe Colline, Parc de Ville), popular nightlife spots (El Rey, Players Club, American Ice Company), and the British-inspired Brighton which anchors the city’s multi-million dollar waterfront development, The Wharf.

H2 Collective will be in full expansion mode in 2023, with a brand new El Rey headed to the waterfront, a catering service, as well as a new fast casual spot located directly across from Atlantis/9:30 Club.
