H2 Collective

Eric and Ian Hilton, natives of Washington, D.C., are the dynamic sibling duo behind H2 Collective, a celebrated hospitality group known for shaping the capital’s vibrant dining and nightlife landscape. With a deep-rooted understanding of their hometown and a sharp instinct for identifying neighborhoods on the rise, the Hilton Brothers have crafted an impressive portfolio of restaurants, bars, and lounges widely loved by locals and praised by critics.

Their complementary skills have been integral to their success. Eric, the visionary creative force, brings a keen aesthetic sensibility and passion for innovation, while Ian excels in strategic planning and operational execution. Together, they've established what The Washington Post has lauded as a "mini empire of restaurants" characterized by a relaxed, inviting atmosphere that has significantly influenced D.C.’s social scene.

The diverse H2 Collective portfolio encompasses sophisticated French-inspired bistros such as Chez Billy Sud and Café Colline, alongside vibrant nightlife destinations like El Rey, Players Club, and American Ice Company. Additionally, their influence extends to renowned venues such as Crimson Whiskey Bar and the recently launched Muni, a lively, golf-themed bar located in the energetic 14th Street corridor.

In 2025, H2 Collective continues its ambitious trajectory, launching the eagerly awaited waterfront location of El Rey near Nats Park, as well as Bar Colline, a Parisian-style bar and bistro set to become a cornerstone of National Landing, Amazon’s expansive development in Northern Virginia.
